We are leaving fro Groningen, Holland tomorrow morning! DBH 3 and DBH 4 students are very excited! We teachers are very excited too. We will see our friends from the Augustinuscollege again and enjoy a week in the tulip´s country! We will keep you informed about our days there! See you soon!

Global issues, DBH3
Our DBH 3 students are preparing a composition about global issues and their opinion about it.
In my opinión, polution is one of the biggest problems in my country and in the world. I think it’s a very big problem in my country and specially in big cities because the air is more polluted each time and it’s sometimes very difficult to see the blue sky in big cities, specially in Madrid.
I am sure that the environment pollution is getting worse because the ozone lyre is getting bigger and people still don’t believe it. In my school, we try to protect at least our local environment by recycling and reusing paper.
I don’t think that I’ll ever see an end to this problem, but I guess the society will try to do their best when there might be no solution for the problem. That’s why we should start right now and help the environment.

RACISM
In my opinion, racism is a big problem in the world. I think that because many innocent people suffer. I'm a foreigner and I see a lot of people saying racist comments and it not comfortable.
I am not sure if this problem is getting better or worse. Perhaps it seems worse because a lot of people are migrating to have a better life.
I don’t think that I will see an end to racism in my lifetime. But if I were a politician I would try to stop racism. I’d like to see people living together in peace.

Pollution
In my opinion, pollutin is one of the biggest problems in the world today. I think that this is a big problem because atmosphere is destroying.
I am not sure if this problem is getting better or worse.There are a lot of factories taking smoke.
Pollution is getting worse even though the government says no.
The good news is that more people save energy etc

In my country the pollution is a problem. Because many cars and industries they polluted the atmosphere.
Now, the town hall is getting serious measures because the problem is getting worse. For example, they are
putting more sidewalks, and like that more people would go by walk instead of by car. If I was a politician,
I would put strict laws to stop the pollution.

Give end to the pollution !
In my opinion, the pollution is a problem that can affect seriously to the Earth. I think that this is a serious problem because without realizing, we are doing very much damage to the Earth and soon serious consequences will come. Many people say that in a few years the end of the world is going to come.
I think that the pollution is getting worse. Perhaps it seems worse because people around me don’t recycle and do things to improve it.
I am not sure if this problem is going to have end. But If I were a politician, I would try to do campaigns or programs to help to preserve the Earth. I’d like to see the planet clean and that many generations could live in it much longer.
